Marco Shawki founded the firm in 2017, concentrating on real estate, personal transactions, business and corporate law, landlord-tenant matters and commercial litigation. Marco represents various clients in personal and business matters including real estate closings, commercial litigation, commercial real estate and leasing, landlord-tenant matters, and employment issues.

Mr. Shawki carries a diverse background acquired from his educational and professional experiences, lending to a unique approach to legal practices and an out-of-box thought process. Mr. Shawki has successfully litigated personal and commercial real estate matters, landlord/tenant issues, and civil litigation. With ample experience resolving complex cases, Mr. Shawki provides the expertise necessary to meet business and personal goals to resolve any issues.

Joseph Kasisa, a graduate of Widener Commonwealth School of Law, is Of Counsel where he assists in matters of landlord and tenant, real estate, and conducts legal research in various civil matters.

Mr. Kasisa uses his education, training and experience as a volunteer in his local community to best serve clients’ various needs. Additionally, Mr. Kasisa’s experience working within the courthouse has given him special insight into its specific workings and decision-making process. Mr. Kasisa has the essential tools to aid in confronting the various legal challenges businesses and individuals face today.
